Last week was busy (with wonderful visitors from Colorado, and a surprise party for my father-in-law), and while I had planned to post a recipe for Chicken Parmigiana it will have to wait because my computer seems to have a virus! I know, I need a Mac… anyone want to give me one?
So, instead of a recipe I have compiled a list of some of the food blogs and recipe websites I read and use.
BLOGS
Bakerella – Cake pops of adorable cuteness!
Joy the Baker – All kinds of yummy baked goods.
My Sweet & Saucy – Cake decorating inspiration.
Seven Spoons – Interesting recipes with unusual ingredients.
Tartelette – Such yummy treats, beautiful photography and great styling.
Pioneer Woman Cooks – most of you know PW, if you don’t visit her and you will see why she was voted weblog of the year in 2009.
WEBSITES
Taste – This is an Australian website which compiles the recipes of Australia’s top food magazines. The measurements are metric, but so worth the conversion for the yumminess. If you get stuck wanting to know what something is just leave a comment and I will translate for you!
All Recipes – An old favorite, probably one of the first food websites I ever visited.
A Year of Crockpotting – This website has a years worth of crockpot recipes, with honest evaluations.
Food Network – If I see something on TV that I just have to make they usually have the recipe up here.
Martha Stewart – I have put the whole insider trading/jail time thing behind me and I hope you can too!
What are your favorite foodie websites and blogs? Any I have missed that I should be adding to my google reader?
