So, my Mum has taken the long flight home. But before she left she made a cheesecake that I HAVE to share.
It was really nice to come home from dropping her at the airport, and drown my sorrows in a nice big slice of triple chocolate cheesecake!
I am going to link straight to the recipe, so you can check out the fabulous website while you are there. The only change we made to the recipe was to use only 3 teaspoons of gelatin.
Also icing sugar = powdered sugar, chocolate biscuits = oreos, and thickened cream = heavy whipping cream!!!
