With My Own Two Hands

I wipe dirty hands and teary faces.

I capture memories.

I sew, quilt, embroider, color, create.

I write these words.

I write a note to a friend.

I type words that make a story.

I hold a hand.

I cook a meal.

I plant a garden.

I send a text.

I give a back rub.

I bake bread.

I pick up shells.

I hold a pick and worship with fingers on the strings.

I flip through the Bible, and touch the words that He wrote.
