		<description>Yogurt is our favorite snack these days too! We&#039;re eating it with fresh or frozen berries and a drizzle of honey or sprinkle of sucanat and mmm.... scrumptious!

Also, we inadvertently ate something with MSG in it yesterday and it&#039;s been crazy what it&#039;s done to us. Headaches, upset stomachs, dizziness... I wonder if I used to just not realize it because I was so used to feeling unhealthy?</description>
