I'm feel like maybe I'm starting to get back into a blogging groove; we'll see! {Altough I meant to publish this 2 days ago, and forgot, so maybe not...} For now though, I'm over at Simple Organic this week, talking about one of the most challenging ingredients to modify/substitute in recipes: condensed ("cream of...") soup!
